These Terms form a contract between you ("Customer" or "you") and Qubiz Technology Co., Ltd. ("we" or "Qubiz") regarding your use of Qubiz Cloud. By signing up or accessing qubiz.net, you accept these Terms.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept, please stop using the service.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent as required by law.
- You must provide accurate, current information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Enable 2FA and keep your password safe.
- One person, one account. Don't share credentials. Use workspace member roles instead.
The service
Qubiz Cloud is a Platform-as-a-Service offering:
- Compute (Web Service, Worker, Cron Job)
- Managed datastores (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, ClickHouse) and object storage (Q Storage)
- Edge services (custom domains, TLS, CDN)
We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Free-plan services have no SLA and may experience cold starts or rate limiting.
Acceptable use
You may not use Qubiz Cloud to:
- Conduct activity that violates Thai law or applicable international law
- Distribute content infringing others' intellectual property
- Attack, spam, or phish other systems
- Mine cryptocurrencies or otherwise consume resources beyond what you pay for
- Host content involving child exploitation, incitement to violence, or serious moral violations
- Bypass rate limits, abuse detection, or billing controls
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules immediately.
Billing and refunds
How charges work
- Plan subscription charged in advance per cycle (monthly or annual)
- Compute (instance types) metered hourly, deducted from the wallet balance
- Tax invoices issued monthly based on actual usage
Refunds
Charges are non-refundable, except:
- System errors causing incorrect charges
- SLA shortfalls: credited back to the wallet per the SLA matrix
Failed billing
If auto top-up fails repeatedly and your wallet goes negative, all services in your account are suspended. You have 30 days to top up before data is deleted.
Customer data
You retain ownership of all content you deploy on Qubiz Cloud ("Customer Data"). We act only as a processor under your instructions:
- We don't access Customer Data except as authorized by you or required to resolve a technical issue you report.
- We keep encrypted backups for 30 days.
- When you delete your account, your data is deleted within 90 days.
Intellectual property
- Trademarks, logos, and platform source code of Qubiz are property of Qubiz Technology Co., Ltd.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service without prior written permission.
- You retain ownership of the code, content, and data you deploy. We claim no rights to it.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "AS-IS". We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Qubiz's liability for any damages will not exceed the fees you paid Qubiz in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, lost data, or lost profit damages.
Termination & suspension
Your termination
Cancel anytime from Account settings, then Danger zone. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

- You materially breach these Terms
- You are 30+ days delinquent on payment
- Required by law
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. For material changes, we provide at least 30 days' email notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
