Qubiz Cloud is a platform-as-a-service for shipping web apps without managing servers. Push a container image and Qubiz builds it, deploys it, and keeps it running with a public URL, TLS, and logs out of the box. This is our first post, so we want to start with what Qubiz is and why we built it.
Why we built Qubiz
Most Thai teams deploy on clouds built for someone else's market. That means paying in a foreign currency, fighting latency across continents, and reading documentation that was never written with them in mind. We hit those same walls in our own projects, so we built the platform we wanted to use: pricing in Baht, a region close to home, and support in Thai.
What you can deploy
Qubiz covers the building blocks most apps need every day:
- Web Service for APIs and full-stack apps
- Background Worker for async jobs and queues
- Cron Job for scheduled tasks
- PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and ClickHouse as managed databases
- Q Storage for S3-compatible object storage
How it feels to use
Connect an image and your service goes live in roughly half a minute. Every domain gets automatic TLS, databases come with backups and high availability, and compute is billed by the second so you only pay for what actually runs. When traffic grows, auto-scaling adds instances within the limits you set.
We are in early access
Qubiz is in early access, and we are shaping it alongside the people who use it. Some features are still landing, and your feedback directly affects what we build next. If something feels rough, tell us.
Get started
You can deploy your first service for free, with no credit card required. We would love to see what you build.
